Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions By enrolling in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions governing your participation as an affiliate partner. Eligibility and Application Process: To become an affiliate partner with Maurten, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement. To apply, visit our affiliate registration page and submit your application. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion. Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you will be responsible for promoting Maurten's products and services using approved marketing materials provided by us. You must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your affiliate profile, including payment details, contact information, and promotional methods. You agree not to engage in any illegal or unethical practices while promoting Maurten's or using our brand assets. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in spamming, illegal content, or using any deceptive marketing practices. Affiliates shall not bid on Maurten brand-related keywords or use trademarked terms in PPC advertising without prior written consent. Affiliates must not use misleading or false advertising to drive traffic to Maurten's website. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes. Commission rates and eligibility criteria will be outlined in the affiliate dashboard and are subject to change with notice. Commissions will not be earned on sample orders, any commissions from sample orders will be voided. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold has been met. Payouts are handled directly through Avelon Network Ltd and all payment questions should be directed to your Account Manager. You must have your bank account verified with Avelon Network Ltd prior to any payments of commission being made to you. You are responsible for registering your commissions with the correct tax authorities and you are not an employee of Maurten or Avelon Network Ltd. Cookie Duration: The standard cookie duration is 30 days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, provided to you by Maurten remains the exclusive property of Maurten. You may use these assets solely for the purpose of promoting Maurten's products and services as an affiliate. Termination of Affiliate Partnership: Maurten reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Maurten. Changes to Terms & Conditions: Maurten reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions to stay informed about any updates. Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Maurten harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the affiliate program and any actions taken as an affiliate.
